NHL Picks for March 7th

Looking to start off the week with a winner.  Only 3 games tonight but I do have one play I like (underdog pick) along with a play going for the sports picks king system.

I will be searching for another Game of the Week or Game of the Month pick here soon… if you aren’t signed up to receive the free pick please click here to get it.

On to tonight’s underdog pick…

NHL Betting Picks for Monday, March 7th:

Columbus Blue Jackets @ St Louis Blues – BLUE JACKETS TO WIN (+122) – The Blue Jackets sit with a 31-26-7 record, while the Blues are pretty much out of the running in the West with their 28-28-9 record.  The Blue Jackets have lost 4 straight games, which includes a Western Canada swing, but prior to that had won 5 of their last .  St Louis has really fallen apart losing 4 in a row and 7 of their last 8 games.  Over their past 5 games the Blues are averaging just 1.80 goals per game.  Ty Conklin will get the nod for the Blues tonight, and is just 7-7-3 with a 3.11 GAA and .885 SV % on the season.  Note that Columbus is 4-1 in their last 5 games vs a team with a losing record.  The Blues are just 4-9 in their last 13 homes games.  Also take note that the Blue Jackets have taken 2 of the 3 meetings between these two teams, outscoring the Blues 14-7 in those contests.  Columbus has the least amount of games played coming into tonight, and can get right back into the playoff hunt with a big win tonight.  I like the odds on Columbus at +122 as I think they can get things done against a struggling Blues team.

  1. I love The blue jackets, I’m thinking a shoot out between both other games, but leaning toward lightning and kings for the win ? What cha thinking?

  2. I was leaning towards the Caps as a dog tonight. Also think Kings can get things done. Good luck Cheeko!

  3. I am thinking St. Louis tonight… With how bad the Blue Jackets record is in St. Louis and how little they have been scoring in their last four I think St. Louis will pull this one off. Not saying St. Louis is playing great hockey or anything but anyway…

Also taking the Caps and the my big dog is Dallas tonight. Kings are struggling with goals lately and the Stars are starting to come around.
